As Biden's vaccine mandates continue to be smacked down by courts, as the Senate has held a bipartisan vote rejecting mandates, as even Democrats are - according to media reports - "souring" on vaccine mandates, Fauci was asked in a MSNBC interview whether it might be time to back down a bit. Not at all! - was Fauci's response. If people won't take the shots they must be forced to take the shots, he replied. Also today - are UK's ICUs filled with the unvaccinated? Should we change the definition of "fully vaccinated"? Finally - how many Big Apple residents will DeBlasio put on the streets with his vax mandate?
Biden's vaccine mandates continue to drop like flies, with a US Federal Judge in Georgia yesterday blocking the Administration's Federal contractor vax mandate nationwide. Previously the Medicare and OSHA mandates have been blocked nationwide. Key question: the Administration has admitted these mandates are a "work-around" from Constitutional limitations - isn't that illegal? Also today: you'll never guess which states have the highest Covid hospitalizations. And...get ready for your six doses per year!

One of the great challenges of life is in dealing with it as it is, right where we are. In our hyper-politicized world, the temptation is always in front of us to focus on where we are not. When political power is decentralized (as it should be) this is not a problem. What happens "over there" is for the people "over there" to deal with. After all, no one can deal with it better than they can. They're there! However, when political power is centralized (as it should NOT be) the temptation to focus on "over there" begins to dominate many people's minds. They foolishly make it their business to deal with "over there", even though they are NOT there! A person in New York agonizes about what is happening in Texas. A person in Texas frets about what is happening in Oregon. A person in Oregon stews over what happens in China...China! An entire fantasy-world with fantasy-powers is created in millions of minds; and politicians and mainstream media are there to feed and sustain the fantasy. But the truth of the matter is that we NEVER deal with the world as a whole. We never deal with government, as a whole. We never deal with multi-national crony corporations, as a whole. Our entire lives are always lived right where we are. We only deal with what is directly in front of us, and with who is directly in front of us, in each and every moment. When we fantasize about what is "over there," what happens 'right here' begins to fall apart. The one place where we have dominion breaks down. No one knows (or can know) our local situation better than we each individually can. No one else has the resources and relationships that we have, right where we are. No one else has the same goals, or experiences, or specified knowledge that we each have. No one else can do, what we each need to do, when we need to do it. To fixate on "over there" and then to try to "fix" whatever it is that is happening "over there" is a fool's errand. Now, the reader may be thinking: "Wait a second, this is the Ron Paul Liberty Report. Your whole enterprise is based on reporting what is happening 'over there.'" This is partly true. Our enterprise is in the propagation and cultivation of the ideas of Liberty. In order to properly understand Liberty, one must understand what tyranny is, and what it looks like. So we will point out what the politicians, central bankers, warmongers, crony corporations and "globalists" are up to. But we also point out that they must fail in achieving their stated goals. We point out why they must fail, and what the repercussions of their misguided actions are likely to produce. In other words, our specialty is in explaining as to why people who are exclusively focused on "over there" are forever doomed to failure. But the point is not to "fix" them. They're un-fixable as long as they continue to participate in their imaginary roads to nowhere. Rather, the point is to reach out to those who are on the outside (i.e., those who are not part of the "Big Club" as George Carlin called it) but who mistakenly buy into The Empire of Lies. The Empire of Lies needs believers. Our job is point out, to the outsiders, why the Empire should not be believed. Our job is speak what we have learned and discovered to be true; and then to say "Here, this idea can help you in your local situation." The local is it. It's where it all happens. Ditching the obsession with "over there" is the road to recovery. We're each in charge of our own households, our own little kingdoms. Abdicating our thrones and bending a knee to The Empire of Lies is the road to personal ruin.
After weeks of US claims that Russia is about to invade Ukraine - because it is moving troops on its own soil - today's Biden-Putin video meeting is billed as a way to release building pressure. The irony is that the US, with over 700 bases across the globe, is demanding that Russia stop moving its troops within Russia even as NATO members continue to add troops and sophisticated weapons in Ukraine. The Russia-Ukraine open wound is the poster child for the idiocy of US interventionist foreign policy. What's at stake and what to expect? Also today - Oregon's insane dictator goes to Washington.
Outgoing New York City Mayor Bill DeBlasio is going out with a bang! He announced today that ALL employers in the Big Apple must require their workers to take the Covid shots or be fired. It is a decision that will hurt black NYC residents the most, but the mayor doesn't seem to care much about those black lives. Meanwhile, a cruise ship has arrived in Louisiana with a fully vaxxed crew, a fully vaxxed group of passengers...and at least 17 covid cases! But not to worry - they are all asymptomatic. Hmmm. Something fishy about that one. This and more on today's Liberty Report.

On December 9-10 President Biden will preside over an online “Summit for Democracy,” which claims it will “bring together leaders from government, civil society, and the private sector to set forth an affirmative agenda for democratic renewal and to tackle the greatest threats faced by democracies today through collective action.” What a joke. This is not about promoting democracy. It's really about undermining democracy worldwide with US interventionist foreign policy. Yes, the conference is anti-democracy, not pro-democracy. The countries whose elected leaders do the bidding of the United States – disregarding the wishes of those who elected them – are to be favored with an invitation to this “virtual” event. The countries that pursue domestic and foreign policy that is independent from the demands of the US State Department and CIA are not allowed into Washington’s sandbox to play. Much of the world has seen through the pettiness of such an infantile approach. It is like the fairy tale of the emperor with no clothes. None of the sycophantic foreign leaders graced with an invitation to the banquet dare point out that the US is in the business of undermining democracy overseas, not promoting it. Color revolutions, where elected governments are overthrown with US backing, is about the only thing the US exports these days. Ask the Ukrainians how their US-backed overthrow in 2014 has worked out for them. Ask any victim of US anti-democratic “color revolutions” about the US commitment to democracy. For Washington, democracy means “you elect who we tell you to elect.” European Union member country Hungary is the only EU country not invited to participate in the “Summit for Democracy” even though it has undeniably held fully democratic elections since the end of communism 30 years ago. There is no question that Hungary is a democratic country, but it is not invited to Biden’s “Summit for Democracy.” Why? Because the Biden Administration does not like Hungary’s democracy. It does not like the fact that the Hungarian people have voted for a conservative government that occasionally pursues foreign and domestic policies at odds with the dictates of Foggy Bottom and Langley. The Biden Administration does not like that Hungary resisted the mass invasion of refugees from countries and cultures absolutely alien to Hungary’s history. Biden does not like the fact that Hungarians have voted time and time again for a conservative government that openly professes Christian values. But what they hate most is that when Washington says “jump,” Budapest doesn’t always ask “how high?”. It’s a petty game that has already backfired like all of Washington’s idiotic interventionist initiatives. For example, in the Hungarian situation, Washington’s childish snub of Hungary has meant that the rest of the European Union cannot participate in the summit as the EU. Washington’s intervention overseas is always an own-goal. Sanctioning Russia over phony Russiagate has resulted in more Russia-China cooperation. The US tells Iran it must not sell oil anywhere, and similarly-demonized China cuts a good deal for Iranian oil. It won’t shock anyone that Russia and Iran – which both hold elections no less democratic than those in Ukraine, where opposition parties are outlawed and their leaders jailed – are not invited to Biden’s little party. But no doubt their absence will be more than made up by North Macedonia, Suriname, and Micronesia. Democracy summit? More like propaganda summit! What a joke!
According to the Washington Post, the Biden Administration is expected tomorrow to force ALL travelers to the US - Americans and foreigners alike - to take a Covid test within a day of travel AND to self-quarantine for seven days after arrival. Vaxxed and unvaxxed alike! Government internment of all arrivals? Are we becoming Australia? Also today, the Biden vax mandates continue to take severe body blows in the courts, with the government contractor mandate being overturned yesterday. Also...Cramer's mad rant - what's he on?
