By Chris Rossini Jeb Bush has been jabbing Hillary Clinton recently. He's most likely trying to capitalize on flurry of scandals that Clinton has been mired in. For example, last month Jeb said: “As secretary of State, in all honesty, the things she’s known for, the reset [with Russia], the pulling back of our commitments, Libya, to put aside Benghazi, Libya in general. It turns out there was a complete failure.” And yesterday, Jeb commented on Clinton's trustworthiness: “There is never a straight answer. Whether it’s the server, the emails, Benghazi, [she] just constantly validates this notion that there are two sets of rules.” So, obviously, Jeb does not appear to be a fan of Hillary at all, especially while she was Secretary of State. However, what if you were to find out that Jeb, a mere two years ago, awarded Hillary Clinton a "Liberty Medal"? Let's put aside that Hillary Clinton being awarded a Liberty Medal from anyone is a real head scratcher. This particular one, however, was awarded by Jeb. In 2013, Jeb Bush, as chairman of the board of trustees (and George W. as chair emeritus) of the National Constitution Center, awarded Hillary Clinton its Liberty Medal. Let's see, 2013.... That was the year that Clinton retired as Secretary of State. In fact, she received this Liberty Medal from Bush after her term was over. I think it's unwise to believe anything that comes from the direction of the two political dynasties. Comments are closed.
