Echoing arch-lockdowner Anthony Fauci, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation's Melinda Gates has expressed some surprise in a recent New York Times article about the massive economic disaster that has followed the coronavirus outbreak. While she blames the pandemic rather than the government over-reaction to the pandemic for the economic destruction, her surprise that health policy has an economic impact underscores the total failure of the pro-lockdown elites. As the US FDA is preparing to approve the Pfizer Covid vaccine for emergency use, the UK health authority has issued a warning that individuals with severe allergies should avoid the vaccine due to potential for serious reactions. In the UK, the health authority has also recommended that the vaccine "should only be carried out in facilities where resuscitation measures are available." With Americans divided on whether they want to get the vaccine, will this news push more to refuse? Also today, the US faces a lockdown-induced mental health crisis according to a recent Gallup survey. LA County sees outdoor dining ban overturned by superior court judge.

If someone said, "Please place your next thought into my hand," could you do it? Of course not! No one has ever seen or touched a thought, nor knows exactly what a thought is, where it comes from, where it goes, etc. Yet, no one denies that thoughts exist and that we all think them every second of our lives. Similar to a stream or river, we never set our thinking in motion, nor can we stop the stream of thoughts at any time. We can, however, slow our thinking down, and (most importantly) direct the stream wherever we desire to direct it. And it is here, in this direction of thought, in this innate ability and necessity to choose, that our individual liberty lies. This is our own Individual Kingdom, to be directed by no one but ourselves. This Individual Kingdom cannot be seen. You can't point to it, or place it in anyone's hand. It cannot be invaded by even the mightiest militaries on Earth. Militaries can certainly invade the seen and the physical, but missiles cannot be fired at invisible targets. And so, with this individual liberty, with this stream of thoughts that each of us directs, we build our own unique individual worlds of experience. No one will ever experience our life, and we will never experience anyone else's. Each life is one-of-a-kind. No carbon copies. Our personal foundations are set by what we choose to believe. At all times, we have to choose what to accept, and what to reject. "2 + 2 = 4 ... I accept that." "2 + 2 = 5 ... I reject that." It doesn't matter where the idea originates or comes from. We can craft the idea ourselves, or hear it from a friend, a politician, or someone that we walk-by on the street. Where the idea comes from is immaterial. But the choice that we each make means everything. I accept, or I reject. Once the choice is made, we must then individually experience the consequences of it. Accepting ideas that are in harmony with the truth give us a rock solid foundation on which we can build our individual worlds. Nothing can harm the truth. Accepting ideas that are in opposition, or that reject the truth, place our foundation on a pile of sand that must eventually be toppled. Fortunately, foundations can be changed and begun again. We can always change our beliefs. No one lives a perfect life, making nothing but perfect choices on what to believe. Everyone has foundations build on sand from time to time. Everyone gets to know the feeling of having them necessarily toppled. Once the foundations are in place, the busy work begins. Each and every one of us has internal purposes and goals that we want to achieve. Again, no one can see, or locate, or touch, or analyze these internal purposes and desires. We first choose your own ends, followed by the means that we wish to use to attain them. We then act with purpose to achieve those ends. This is going on at all times. Have an itch that you want to alleviate (an end). You choose to scratch it with your finger (the means), and the end it accomplished. All the time, we are choosing what is most valuable to achieve, and then we purposefully go about achieving it. Time is scarce and so are the means available to each of us, so we constantly have to weigh what we each individually value most. Our desires are endless. We can each sit down and make lists of desires without ever having to stop. But the means are scarce. We have to constantly economize. Everyone around you is doing the exact same thing with their own Individual Kingdoms. They're each individually choosing what to accept and reject, what they want, what they're willing to do for what they want (as well as what they're not willing to do), what they value, and how they will act. Thanks to the market economy and the division of labor, we can exchange our private property for the private property of another individual. We can exchange our labor for their currency. We can exchange our expertise for their expertise. We can each get what we each want at that particular moment in time. We can each say no, and reject an exchange that we do not wish to make. As long as each exchange is voluntary, and no one uses aggressive force or violence against the other party, there is harmony. Oftentimes, the ends chosen by an individual runs contrary to the truth and to reality. These ends can never be achieved, no matter how intense the desire for them. Truth is the one eternal government in the universe. This government cannot be overthrown. At other times, even if the ends chosen are in harmony with the truth, the means are insufficient to achieve them. For example, one may desire to build a skyscraper. That's certainly possible. But without the knowledge of mathematics, physics, and engineering, one will not build that skyscraper. One can certainly try, but if the means are insufficient, the skyscraper will not be completed. Failure will be experienced. The essence of the life experience, that which we all yearn for, occurs when our ends are true and the means are sufficient. It is then that we get to experience the satisfaction and fulfillment of a genuine desire. Then it's on to the next desire that we want to achieve....and the next...and the next...until we draw our last breath. This continuous process of 7+ billion Individual Kingdoms all thinking, choosing, believing and acting cannot be controlled by any other individuals, or group of individuals. To desire such a thing is to desire the impossible and the untrue. The belief rests on a foundation of sand that must be toppled. All 7+ billion Individual Kingdoms are invisible, intangible, untouchable, unmeasurable, and unknowable completely. The Individual Kingdom cannot be controlled by man-made laws and regulations. It cannot be controlled by algorithm or "social credit scores," or oxymorons like "artificial intelligence". It cannot be controlled by militaries or empires. It cannot be controlled by the media, or university professors, or Ph.D's, or technocrats, or "World Organizations." It cannot be controlled by Communists, Socialists or Fascists, or Kings, or Princes, or Dukes. Each Individual Kingdom has one, and only one, King. The Individual.

Some Federal Reserve officials are calling for tougher banking regulations in order to prevent the Fed’s low interest rate policy from leading investors to take “excessive” risks that will create asset bubbles. The Fed is understandably worried that these bubbles will burst leading to another market meltdown. However, the boom-and-bust cycle will not end because regulators stop investors from taking “excessive” risks. Almost every bubble and economic downturn America has experienced over the past 107 years was caused by the Federal Reserve’s manipulation of the money supply. The Federal Reserve’s actions artificially lower interest rates, thus distorting the signals sent by the rates, which are the price of money. Artificially low interest rates cause investments to be made in projects that are not supported by the real underlying market conditions. This results in a boom, inevitably followed by a crash, then by a new round of money creation and government bailouts restarting the cycle. Increased regulations will not just fail to head off the next crash, they will make the next recession worse. Federal regulators are not capable of determining what is “excessive” risk. Instead, that determination is best left to market participants. Regulators are subject to having the same Fed-induced distorted view of the marketplace as nearly everyone else. Thus, regulators may mistake a growing asset bubble as a thriving sector of the economy that will serve as a long-term source of growth. This is especially the case if, as with the housing bubble, government policies such as the Community Reinvestment Act encourage the malinvestments. Also, regulators may impede the growth of businesses that are actually responding to real economic conditions instead of Fed-created illusions. Support among the people, if not among the financial and political elites, for auditing and even ending the Fed, as well as for cryptocurrencies and precious metals, suggests we may soon reach what Ludwig von Mises referred to as the “crack-up.” The crack-up occurs when enough people realize that continuous expanding of the money supply, and the accompanying decline in a currency’s purchasing power, is a feature of central banking. Therefore, they spend their money as soon as they get it, accelerating the rise of hyperinflation. Concerns over the effects of the US government’s debt, the precarious American economic condition, and growing resentment of US foreign policy have led to a decline in the dollar’s international value. Eventually, these factors will lead to a rejection of the dollar’s world reserve currency status. Rejection of the dollar’s reserve currency status abroad and the crack-up at home will cause an economic meltdown worse than the Great Depression. Among the problems this will lead to is increased violence as some Americans who believe they are entitled to live off the stolen property of others cut out the government middleman and start stealing from their fellow citizens. The only way to avoid this fate is to spread the ideas of liberty among the people. A strong liberty movement that can pressure politicians to cut spending, audit and end the Fed, legalize competing currencies, and stop promoting divisive identity politics is the key to peacefully transitioning away from the Keynesian welfare-warfare state to a free society.
The cruel illogic of this latest round of Covid lockdowns has infuriated more and more Americans and exposed the corruption and hypocrisy of the "leaders." While outdoor dining is being forcibly shut down in places like California - with no "science" to back the move up - indoor shopping at big-box stores continues unabated. Small restaurants are going under by the thousands while the powerful and well-connected are reaping record profits. America is being pushed to the breaking point by hypocrite "do as I say not as I do" governors like California's Gavin Newsom and many more. This and more in today's Liberty Report...
'Stay home for Christmas'. Wear masks for the 'first 100 days' of the Biden Administration. Everyone to be issued vaccination cards and tracked in a CDC database. But, even with vaccines, UK medical officer says masks will have to be worn "for years." Authoritarianism is travelling at full-speed. The ideas of individual liberty are more important now than ever.

Campaign for Liberty Chairman Ron Paul issued the following statement regarding the passing of noted libertarian economist Walter Williams: “With the passing of Walter Williams, the liberty movement has lost one of its sharpest, brightest, and wittiest advocates. Through his work as a professor, author, columnist, speaker, and guest host for Rush Limbaugh, Walter educated millions of Americans in free-market economics. He also gave those already converted to the cause of liberty invaluable intellectual ammunition for our battle against the statists. Walter was also a good friend of mine who participated in several events I sponsored on Capitol Hill. While many speakers pull their punches when addressing a room full of representatives, Walter delivered the same no-holds-barred message in the same no-holds-barred style he delivered to his students, his readers, and the audience for all of his speeches and media appearances. Walter’s use of humor to present the liberty message in an appealing way without watering it down provides an example for all would be libertarian communicators. All of us who love liberty should be grateful for the example Walter set and the legacy he leaves behind."
Like so many other "crises" that preceded it, the Covid-19 "pandemic" has provided fertile territory for the authoritarians who seize any opportunity to destroy freedom and liberty under the false claim of "keeping us safe." The PATRIOT Act passed after 9/11 was supposed to do the same thing: keep us safe by targeting the terrorists who wanted to kill us. But as we learned from Ed Snowden shortly afterward, it was a lie. The PATRIOT Act was designed to view us as the enemy, to be spied on, tracked, and harassed. The Covid "crisis" and coming vaccine will be the same. Will Americans resist? Also today, more Covid Hypocrites - from Austin to California. And an LA County mayor claims anyone without a mask is a "domestic terrorist."
